    Hi everyone,

I recently got a new job where I will be working very long hours during the week and I want to know if anyone has any good recommendations of protein bars that I can snack on throughout the day. I am looking for a bar that isnt super high in calories, has a good amount of protein, and not alot of sugars and fat IF POSSIBLE!! I would appreciate any suggestions

The Pria bars have a brand that is lower in carbs. There is more protien and calories than the regular pria bars. I like the Zone bars or Luna bars. The curb my appitite for a few hours.

Do these protein bars curb your appetite as well as give you energy?! I am a college student who is at school all day. I usually just eat a granola bar for lunch. However, I sometimes get chips or cookies and I know how bad they are for you

EAS makes a few very tasty bars-one of my favorites is the cookies and cream bar. I like to put it in the fridge or freezer for a little bit. Detour bars are good also.

    Default Try this...

I know you said you wanted a 'bar,' but I sometimes have to stay out late because of work too, so I drink "Monster Engery Drinks," there low in calories with only 100, but kinda high in carbs at 27. However, it does the trick, and gives you a hudge amount of engery...but just don't chug it like I did, then you get a tummy ache!

South Beach diet makes some snack bars. They are new, so I haven't tried them yet. I would assume they have a good amount of protein though. I do know that the South Beach diet meal replacement bars are good, so maybe the snack bars will just be like smaller versions. I personally am a fan of Pria bars, even though they are carb-y.

    Default The best I've found....

I recently became a customer with a health and wellness company that sells amazing protein/energy bars. Best I have ever had and I have tried my fair share. The best part is I actually find they truely fill me up and the energy... Wow. With two little ones(2 and 10 months)
