Hello Ladies,
![]() I have just been told i'm type two diabetic and now on my diet.I have got a craze on oat so simple but how is one packet suppose to fill you for the morning? about mid morning my tummy starts to rumble have you any ideas for me.I'm also buying the low fat yogurts but i can still see that sugar reads in them and i'm confused. yorkielass |

One packet of instant won't fill you up. That's only about 150 calories.
Try having two of the plain and a cup of yogurt.

I make steel cut oats in my rice cooker. I think the steel cut oats are more filling and healthier than those little packets of instant oatmeal. If you cook it on the stove it takes 30 minutes I think, but it tastes so good. You could make it the night before and then just heat it up in the morning.
