Default Smartlipo with or without lipo

I have been going to a few doctors in my area to feel out what doctor I like best. I am looking for them to do smartlipo on my upper arms. I have been to three so far. The first two said that I am the perfect candiate for smartlipo and that I will have great results. They also spoke negatively about regular lipo, which they don't perform.

Well today I visited a third doctor and he said to get the results that I want he recommends doing smartlipo in conjuction with regular lipo under local anesthesia to get maximum results. I am a little confused as which doctor to believe. Do they first two not recommend lipo because the don't do it? Does the third doctor recommend lipo with smartlipo because it will be a quicker and easier procedure? He said that I wound get the results I want with just smartlipo. What should I do? Price wise they are all about the same. Thanks!
