Default pregnancy and implants

hi, I was just wondering how long after giving birth and having breast implants can you nurse? My friend got an augmentation right after she gave birth and I never got to ask her. Thanks.

Also, I was wondring if it's ok and what risks there is to being on Paxil while pregnant?

I've read and heard on programmes that you can breast feed normally with breast implants, i myself am wanting them done and have been doing a lot of research that's how i came across this answer
