    Default help- how normal...

I have one breast that is a "C" cup and the other one is an "A" cup, and I'm 21 years old. It is so bad that when I go get the physicals (I'm in the military, a female exam is required anually), the doctors always ask questions.

Can I fix this without surgery?
    How normal is this problem?

Breasts are never perfectly the same size, but this is a bit on the extreme end. I've heard of the other breast "catching up" in these situations in early years of an adult woman's life, though! Have your doctors said anything about it/given advice? If the other breast doesn't catch up naturally, there's currently no way to fix it without surgery... otherwise all sorts of women would have discovered it by now.
