    This depends on many factors?
How large are your breasts? And how large are you in general?

The only thing that you may find beneficial by "hitting the gym" is that you will, over time, be able to build/tone your pectoral muscles which are the main muscles in your chest. Doing so may in turn give your breasts a slight lift. As you work out and tone your body, you will lose weight and this may also help the appearance of your breasts.

It's impossible to "spot tone" or "spot build" any one part of your body.

As you know, breasts are fatty tissue that sit on top of the pectoral muscles in your chest.

We all know that this problem gets worse with age. Have you considered a breast lift? If that is the road you are headed to, you might as well do it as you are young and can enjoy the benefits.

Agree with West, if you have the cash then I say go for the breast lift. I had mine done 2 years ago and being older the recovery time takes alot longer. Wish I had them done 20years ago, I could have enjoyed the benefits so much more. Not that I was big (34C) but like you mine were saggy as I didn't wear a bra when I developed breasts.

Do u think that makes a difference? I've always worn bras but can get away with not if I want to (10D) but will this make them sag down the track?
I don't think there's anything wrong with surgery if your unhappy with the shape just don't go any bigger than a D or you'll hate them. Your height could hold them I reckon. I'm short but mine are broad so they don't look to big.

I was curious and looked up the conversions for cup and band sizes in different countries it's so confusing! Apparantly most women are wearing bras that are too small for them or they buy bras with larger bands and smaller cup. I wish everything was standardized between bras also. Sorry off track I know
