i know this is a relatively new procedure. in california, there arent that many centers that provide that service. charge 10,000+. injections can be less but it's not as guaranteed to be permanent or long term because its all depending on how your body absorbs the injections. however, they can do the same implants on the buttock as they do on the breasts. not many dr's specialize so it's more worth it to pay more because as with any kind of implant the results can be horrible without the right dr. .. injections are called brazillian buttlift...and the other is a buttock augmentation. just remember none are permanent.

I got the Brazilian done last year and I loved it! It's the most natural (because it is your fat) but probably the most expensive (I paid $16,000 but also went to a top surgeon in this area of surgery). I had to gain weight to do it because I didn't have enough fat content for the procedure. They lipoed my stomach flat and made a nice arch in my back along with a cute bubble butt.

My advice to you is to research what procedure you are comfortable with cost wise and surgery wise. Research your doctor very carefully because this procedure like any elective surgery can leave you with a lumpy butt. I have seen the pictures...Good luck!
