Question Breast augmentation to get back what I lost

When I was young I wore a 34D, and my body was ...well, it was killer. Three kids later, and my body is not nearly so killer as it used to be, and my boobs are smaller.

I have recently lost a lot of weight, and I now want to get back what I lost to pregnancy and nursing. I am not a full C anymore, and my body shape is out of balance. Also, gravity is starting to take its toll; though thankfully I don't have a lot of sagging. It seems that if I had more volume I wouldn't sag at all.

I'm really thinking about getting some very small implants, just to get back to the size I used to be on top and to hopefully get some of my perkiness back.

I tried to get on a forum about breast augmentation, but most women on that board were so hardcore the bigger the better obsessive about it, I just didn't think it was the place for me.

I am wondering how realistic is my goal. I do not want to look like I have big fake boobs. I just want to look like I used to. Is that realistic? Will I need a lift with the implants? And what about maintenance? Am I looking at a surgery every 5 years to keep things right? Will I be sorry I saddled myself with something I have to "upkeep"? If I get smaller implants just to fill me out, will they still feel okay to my husband? Will I lose nipple sensation? If I gain weight later, will my breasts look odd because they were "sized" for a different size body?
