Ok ladies I have another question my daughter asked me about working out. so what kind of stuff should she be able to do? I know walking is good(we do that) but what outher kinds of stuff will be good for her? weights are prob a no no im thinking.
If it wasn't for the bad times.... We wouldn't appreciate the good ones!

I do read magazines, and gentle exercise such as Polities, Yoga, stretching in other words, keeps you toned whilst not being strenuous...
Let's see if that is agreed upon or not from those whom have born their little ones, and exercised during....
