OK on yesterday i took a home pregnancy test with early morning urine and i got a BFN. while testing i noticed i was spotting. I began spotting on and off since the 22 of sept and today is the 5 of oct and i still am. Yesterday i was bleeding like i was on my period then it stopped and now its back at it. could someone tell me what that means and if this had ever happened to them before.

Are you on any birth control? Did you recently start any, or stop taking any? That could make you bleed like that. Are you under stress? That can also do it.

nope! i am not now nor have i eer been on any form of birth controll. To be honest i am not even stressed out. Everything has been going good for me since this has start happening. I however did start a workout program that left me very tired when i got done every night so i stopped during that also. but as far as birth control never used it

Well, not sure if a new exercise program would mess with your period like that, but anything is possible. I would suggest taking another test in a few days. If still negative, go see a doctor. If you aren't pregnant, they could help you regulate your bleeding.
