Pregnancy test problem

I took my second pregnancy test this morning, and it seems it did not work! If anyone is familiar with the Clearblue brand tests, that's what I used. It has 2 windows. The first window shows your result, the second window shows a horizontal line to show you the test worked. Well, I got a light "negative" in the first window, nothing in the second window. Anyone else ever experience this? When should I do another test?
