Default Confused, and could use a little help

Thanks for reading first off, well the problem is I missed my depo shot this month. And i should be on my period, i had cramps and everything. But i have been very very stressed. My Boyfriend and i still have protected sex. And I got a cold bad just a few days ago. And i havnt been eating healthy (moved out of parents house) and to make the matter worse about the time i got this sick, my nipples started to hurt. I mean i dont notice it until they are touched.

Sooo
-Late, but had cramps like i was going to, and i had light very light bleeding
(I have heavy periods, this was like just 3 days of spotting)
-Stressed
-Runny nose, cold, cough, soreness, not really tired tho. Just sluggish
-First month off of my depo of 9 months of it
-Lack of food
-And i dont knot if this helps, but i do smoke >>;; cigs and... the "illegal plant"

could the spotted bleeding (timed up with my period perfect) be it, my period?

Just scared and all >>

thanks for reading

Hi, firstly you should do a test just to put yourself at ease. Stress can be a big factor of missing a period. Everybody is different but i was on depo myself and decided to stop. I did not get my period the time i was on it and it took 2 months after my next dose was due for my period to start back up again. I also read up on depo and the genetic brand and there have been some known side affects including people needing to take the pill to get back to a regular cycle or back altogether. Hope it helps

Default

Just got off the phone with my sister. She had the same spotting 2 weeks after she conceived. It could be the egg implanting (6-12 days after conception). Like said before, take a test.
