Unhappy 4 1/2 mnths pregnant and fainted at work

I got dizzy while at work yesterday... i spend most the day on my feet and while going through papers started to get dizzy... then everything went black. The next thing i know i am lieing on the floor... i managed to drag myself to a chair where i tried to stop from blacking out again.. i was covered in sweat and got someone to pick me up and take me home as soon as i could really talk... it scared me severly and still can't get the light headed feeling to go away ... help... what can i do

This same thing happened to me while at work. I went straight to the hospital. I had fainted because my blood-sugar level was low because all I had eaten before work was an apple, and since its so high in sugar, my level spiked fast, then dropped just as fast. This happens to us pregnant people more than others because our insulin should be working harder. This might not be what happened to you, but I thought I would shed some light on the situation.

That has been a problem that I have also had. Its nothing to get over worried about or at least not for me. Mine is caused by my heart not being able to pump all the blood fast enough to everywhere in my body. i found out alot about it by doing a search on the internet.
