Why do pregnant women have big noses?
My twin sister is currently 27 weeks pregnant. Her nose has gotten extremely larger than normal. It has spread. My nose looks nothing like that. I have noticed this and it is bothersome to her. She has the small veins on the outside. She has always had those. But her nose is like really huge. Any answers? We are twins so I can tell a difference in her.
