Thread: Testing

Hi everyone! i know you get a lot of these, but...

What is your favorite/most recommended type of pregnancy test? I took a EPT and it was negative (I think---the lines were VERY faint) and I took a normal first response with faint lines, and a First response Digital and it said Pregnant. I don't have a Doctor in my new town, so I want to make sure before I try and find someone. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks!!

When you are pregnant, usually any type of test should work for you. I personally like first response because it picks up the HCG hormone sooner than most tests. If you are not late yet, then this test works well. If the digital test says your pregnant, then you are probably most definately pregnant. False negatives can occur, but its highly unlikely for a false positive. Plus, sometimes its hard to read the lines when they show up so faint. So the digital tests are the best because they tell you point blank, and are easy to read.
