Default Confused about unexpected pregnancy

I am writing this post because I feel confused about what to do - I believe I am 4 weeks pregnant (missed period, four positive at-home tests). My partner and I are getting married in March and we do plan to have a family some day. Just we were not expecting it now. We were really looking forward to deepening our relationship as a couple in the next year before starting a family.

My fiancee would like to terminate the pregnancy because he said he doesn't 'feel ready' (financially, emotionally, etc...) for this. Do I feel ready? I don't know. I grew up as the daughter of a single working mother and if my partner isn't ready, then I don't feel ready. If he was 100% supportive, I would have the baby. But w/o his support, I feel very lost. Though he did say that he would support my decision no matter what and would make the best of it. I am also 33 and feel afraid that I might have a hard time getting pregnant in 1-2 years from now.

I feel so confused and scared. I don't know if I am ready either. We made an appointment at Planned Parenthood next week for a 'medical abortion'. I scared to do that, and I am scared if I don't.

It really depends on how both of you feel, do you think that you are ready to have a child right now, and do you think that you can handle it? I can understand wanting to deepen your relationship before you have a family, but maybe this is a blessing in disguise. I know that its hard having children as our bodies age, and for you being 33 it may be difficult for you to have children later on. Do what you think is right by you and the life growing inside of you. It is your decision to do what you want, and with the medical advances it may be possible for you to become pregnant even later in life, just think about how you feel about it before you make a final decision.

Im kinda in the same situation. i think i might be pregnant and if i am, im about 7 weeks along. my bf and i have had many serious conversations about this and we both felt very strongly about terminating because we are not ready. but now that i might be pregnant, i dont think i could go through with it as much as i know we both are not ready. so im not sure either. its scary.
