    and can you just buy it online and is it safe? im nearly 43 and have 1 ovary and would like a baby with new hubby, but it is just not happening(hubby has a prob in that dept at mo not helping says its stress)

    the waiting list for nhs fertlity drugs is so long and age is agianst me so i though i maybe could buy it online? has anyone tried this?

    Hi Cassie. My friend takes Clomid because she has polycystic ovarian syndrome. The clomid does help her ovulate, but she has it prescribed from her doctor. I dont know if I would take it without knowing forsure if I ovulated or not. It said in your other post that the doc said you did indeed ovulate. I think its really only if you dont ovulate naturally. I would definitely read into it, and make sure its safe for you. If its too long for you to wait to see a fertility specialist, then keep trying, and read more into it.

    imnot sure wha to do as my age is agianst me ,im 42 and 8 months. i had major surgery last month to remove a cyst and right ovary, i know i was ovulating before the op and i ve had a period itsjust the waiting list for fertiltiy referral from gp is long.
