Hi Friends, am 26 and I have had a miscarriage for 3 times in last 2 years. And I am 6 weeks pregnant now. Today my doctor done an internal ultrasound and the heart beat is found. But she said that yolk sac is big. Does it cause any problem?

Did the doctor say it would? It will be incorporated in the first month and a half. Best Wishes on your pregnancy

    - Foetal heart movement present on Real-time Study.
    - Foetal CRL is about 8.3 mm, corresponding to an average 6 wks 5days.
    - Good chorio-decidual reaction seen.
    - No evidence of intrauterine haemorrhages seen.
    - Abnormal yolk sac of about 6.8 mm in diameter seen.
    - Int. os is clear & closed

    Adnoexae:
    - both adnoexal regions appear normal.
    - No evidence of mass lesion seen.
    - Cul-de-sac is clear.

Can anyone guide me with this report. Very desparate to know from your side about my case.

    Thanking You,
