Hi all,
I am looking for some suggestions. I was told today that my right tube is blocked, which is my only hope for becoming a mother bc my left tube was removed about 10 yrs ago due to an ectopic pregnancy. My doctor told me I could have the "wire procedure" done to unblock my tube, I also read about "Clear Passage Therapy". I've never heard of this therapy procedure before but after reading up on it, it seems to work. Can anyone give me more info on which would be best. Me and my husband have been married for 1 yr now and are ready to start our family... This is soo depressing, but I haven't given up hope yet, its just that I dont know whats the best thing to do to get this taken care of. How effective is these procedures? Anybody, if you know anything please help me
Thank You,
Bosslady
You need to consult with your OBGYN and have her/him refer you to a Fertility Doc. My sister-in-law had the same problem and after having an HSG test and now has a beautiful 2 yr old boy.
A hysterosalpingogram (HSG) is done to:
Find a blocked fallopian tube. The test often is done for a woman who is having a hard time becoming pregnant. An infection may cause severe scarring of the fallopian tubes and block the tubes, preventing pregnancy. Occasionally the dye used during a hysterosalpingogram will push through and open a blocked tube.
Best of luck.
