I am married for 3 years and i have not yet concieved, i had one ovary removed by surgery can i get pregnant.

Yes you can, a woman with one ovary has the same chances of getting pregnant as a woman who has two. There are a few little exception though that makes it difficult getting pregers. Try talking to a fertility expert. Good luck hun, may God bless you with a little angel.
