late, ovulation spotting

I got my period last month on April 9th, but was over a week late and experienced spotting when I was ovulating. This month I also experienced spotting on April 26th when I was ovulating but it is now the 13th and I still have not gotten my period. I have been really stressed this month and also was running a lot but I am not sure if that is the reason why I am late. On the 15th of April my boyfriend and I were grinding with no clothes but did not have sex and he did not ejaculate at all and I have not participated in other sexual activities this month besides that. I do not think I am pregnant but I am still worried. Help!

It's highly unlikely that you're pregnant. It's probably just stress or some other outside factor. Just hanging out with my female friends around the time of their cycles can throw mine of by a week or more.
