Please, Please, Please Help Me!!!!!

I am so upset. I have been trying to conceive for a couple of months & I am getting very frustrated. I got pregnant with my 1st child the first time that we tried. I really wanted to be able to be pregnant by christmas & tell everyone. Does anyone have any ideas that will help me. I was off the pill for 3 mths & then we started trying, so I have tried to do everything right. Thanks in advance for your help.

feeling it.

Any amount, if you'd just relax, let go, destress
you'll be pregnant in no time.

It's your tension which is preventing you from
conceiving...you know?

I have to agree, we are going on our 4th month of trying and after talking to my doctor, stressing about it just makes it harder to conceive. Slow down and enjoy the process. By stressing about it, you take the fun out of trying and it seems more like a task...shouldn't your baby be made out of love and not stress? I have to tell my self this all the time and remember that the trying part is a beautiful thing no matter how long it takes

When you're stressed your whole body chemistry
changes. No doubt, as mammals, our bodies react
to stress as imminent danger, hence reproduction
can't take place...

Just relax....completely relaxed.
It'll happen.

Yeah Good Luck Ang...My husband and I are trying too, but we haven't had any luck. I have been off the pill for like 4 months, but no luck yet. I'm just enjoying to at least being able to practice. You know what they say? Practice makes perfect!

Thank you all for your help. I guess I am so stressed about it is because with my first child I got pregnant on the first try & I thought maybe it would be easy this time too, apparently not. I am just trying to relax & if it is meant to be then it will. Thanks Again...
