No one person can tell you what is right for you...You should really talk to your family and B.f. and find out who is your support system. Don't make any rash decisions until thinking about how either choice will affect the rest of your life...either way it will affect the rest of your life. You will know and probably already know what you need to do.
    good luck and best wishes

Make a doctor appointment pronto, and get retested there along with checking for std's etc (its obvious someone was not having protected sex :P so best to be safe and nip anything bad in the bud!) Go and make sure you are healthy and truly pregant and then take some time for yourself. I wouldn't rush into telling ANYONE until you have got a handle on how YOU personally feel about it.

Everyone from your boyfriend to your parents is going to try to tell you what you should and shouldn't do and you need to listen to what they have to say and have all of them help guide your decisions moving forward but NOT until you have some idea how you feel about it yourself.

It's your body, its your future and you are going to have to think long and hard about your next move.. take a few days, let it sink in. Then take that deep breath and let them know.
Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.

    Hi there,

I agree with the previous post, you have to figure out what's right for you and what choice you can live with. I got pregnant as a teenager and it was the most frightening time I had ever faced. I was surronded by people who pretty much made the choice for me and now, many years later, I regret that. In order to prevent regret or resentment you must take time and think about this for yourself. We'll all be here to support you but the choice is yours, not poll results.

there is another choice besides keeping the kid and aborting, have you considered adoption? raising a kid on your own is really tough, esp at your age and there are so many people waiting to adopt a baby.

Thank you all for your help.

    I'm very relieved.

Ok,Good. Now what are you going to do to make certain you don't go through this again? Did you discuss BC with the doctor?
