Hello,

I've been taking Loestrin 24 for over 20 months now and have had pretty consistent cycles throughout. I would have a period twice a months with the first being slightly less heavy as the normal period which occurred during the normal placebo pills. Last month however, i did not have my first period and only had one day of very light bleeding during my second period ( on placebo pills). The bleeding was not free flowing but instead brown and thick. During this time i've had constant back pain, slight cravings, adversion to some foods, light cramping and tender nipples throughout. Also, i've been feeling relatively strange. This month i again had no first period and am due to go on placebo on wednesday. I have had cramping for approxmately 10 days yet no sign of any bleeding as all discharge is clear. I have sex twice a week with my boyfriend and we do not use a backup method. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it sound like I may be pregnant? I could have missed a pill or taken one or two late...? Help
