Keep hydrated. That may be where your headaches are coming from.

I'm one who got sick everyday for 9 months with both my pregnancies, not fun. I kept a box of saltines and a 12 pack of 7-up under my desk. Saltines were really the only thing I could stomach for a while. Anything bland really worked for me. Another favorite were those awful fake mashed potatoes. But they were SO good when I was pregnant.

There is also a product called Prego Pops. They are lollipops that for some reason work really well too.

Oh - also, you can take Tylenol for the headaches, no ibuprofen or aspirin though.

Flat ginger ale and soda crackers come highly recommended! Many people have recommended keeping them by your bed and having some before you get out of bed to make it easier when you get up.

Ginger is great for nausea, and you might even be able to find ginger candies at the drug store to suck on. There are also ginger teas, or you could get some fresh ginger root and cut off a fresh bit and just smell it. I don't know how much the smelling will help, but it smells really good fresh!

I had to walk around with peppermint oil to help with the feeling of vommitng... I was diagnosed with hyperemisis and was very dehydrated during my last pregnancy. YOu have to take the heat into play and need to keep some ice water around you. I used to put my feet in ice and rub ice on the back of my neck.
Saltines work and I used to eat the sesame sticks and sesame nuts from the wholefoods store.
You can also drink peppermint tea (since its summer make it iced peppermint tea)
Hopefully for you it will get better, but stay focused....its a happy time

Hey Juda! Sorry to hear you're having a hard time. I had a bad pregnancy, one of the reasons that i am against having another child. But Katsaly is right with the ginger thing. People kept saying it to me, i kept saying it was rubbish... until i actually tried it! It is an amazing thing and really helped me through those hard days. It will get better, my sickness was really bad the first 3 months but after that it only happened on occassion.

Trust me though, no matter how tough your pregnancy is, it is completely worth it when you hold your beautiful child for the first time! just hang in there honey!

    Best of luck xxxx

it just depends on how your body is, when i ate the crackers it acually made me get sick, so i tried eating dried cereal, that acually helped me better, like corn pops or kix. and ginger ale helps, sucking on a peppermint candy could help also
