Late period, can anyone help?
Hello! I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum, do please correct me if I've put this in the wrong place, just a bit anxious and looking for some advice.
I had sex with my partner on the 17th or 18th of July and unfortunately the condom broke, and I managed to get the morning after pill within 24 hours. About a week later I started spotting, which turned into a full-blown period that lasted 11 days in total; this was a week or two earlier than it should have been. By counting the 28 days of the cycle, if day 1 is the first day of the 11 day period, I estimate that I should have started another period a couple of days ago but haven't had anything, and I'm starting to worry that the pill may not have worked. Does anyone have any advice on whether I may be pregnant, or whether there's nothing to worry about? Thanks in advance. |
