i have a friend here want to be pregnant ever since
she did everything she could.. her dr. said, she's normal and will be preggy soon.. until the dr. ask for her husband to visit her.

i ask her what they're doing in Sex.. of course, we know that the sperm of the man must hit the egg to be preggy. but, she said, the thrust of her husband is like a spot.. she can notice it every time they did.. she can see the white outside in her.

what would it mean? isn't the guy who has the problem?

When the man ejaculates inside a woman, the semen does not always stay inside the woman, it can leak out afterwards, but that won't stop her from getting pregnant. But if the husband is not penetrating her (penis fully inside vagina) then there is next to no chance she could get pregnant.

So is your question "are they having sex correctly?" Do they know HOW to have sex? Are/ were they both virgins that knew nothing about sex prior to marriage?

now I understand. Well maybe he should go see the doc and have a sperm count done to make sure everything is good. Also letting him build up his "load" for a few days before having sex would increase the amount of sperm that comes out.
