Question Help, Please!?!?

I haven't been on birth control for the past 4 months but my periods are practically back to normal. I had my last period January 8th thru the 12th, which was a normal period for me. By Sunday January 21st around the time I should be ovulating( according to yourdays.com calendar) I woke up feeling really wet so I went and wiped and it was a really clear, thick, snot like discharge with a tiny tint of blood? And then about an hour later i went to the bathroom and wiped and there was bright red blood on the toilet paper. Today is Tuesday January 23rd and still when I wipe there is still a tint of blood on the toilet paper? I have read that sometimes when you bleed in between periods it can be from the uterus expanding? I just think I might be pregnant, is it too soon after my last period, or too soon to tell? Help please...thanks

This could be a couple of things. 1. if you are pregnant it could be implantation bleeding, but it seems a little soon for that if you ovulated around the 21st. 2. it could be a scratch/tear from sex. 3. you could be starting your period. if you are stressed or something about your lift style has changed you can be a bit irregular. I would take a pregnancy test if you are worried, other wise just wait unit your next period...if you miss it you are probably pregnant. Good luck.
