Default Can't seem to get enough to eat!

Okay so i'm 29 weeks preggo now and alot has changed!

I now notice that I don't seem satisfied after I eat. Breakfat, i'll have a bowl of oatmeal, 2 slices of sunflower and flax toast with olive oil margrine (my fave) and a glass of either apple juice, milk or water. For a snack i'll have fruit (apple, orange, grapes, banana or whatever i'm in the mood for), lunch will be a bowl of soup or a sandwich (sometimes junkfood...i know i know ), snack again will be fruit or a slice of cheese...and supper is whatever i cook for the hubby but only eat half of what he eats (unless he's having meat...yuck then i'll skip it and make myself something else) I do eat meat once in a while but i'm not crazy about the taste (or texture) ATM. I'm a big girl so "eating for two" really isn't an option unless I want to be 400Lbs by the time I have her!!

So why do I always feel like I wanna stuff my face about an hour after I eat? I NEVER feel satisfied and want to eat more, but don't because it's unhealthy to eat too much (besides I gain weight WAY too fast if I let myself go!) If I feel the urge to eat again I drink a big glass of water and wait...if I still feel like eating, I grab a piece of fruit or baby carrots. If that doesn't work I try do something to distract myself (cleaning, go for a walk or read)

confusing....

Somehow your feeling of satiation isn't working. That may well be hormone changes from the pregnancy. You may just have to work on portion control and making sure everything you eat is healthy.
Try salad for breakfast. I've been doing this the past few days and really don't feel hungry the rest of the day.

Maybe try fitting more high fiber or whole grain foods in. Green veggies, citrus fruits, popcorn, nuts, oatmeal, beans.

The breakfast salad sounds like a good idea too. Salads tend to be filling for me, hold me over for a decent amount of time.
