Default how to conceive

I have not been able to conceive in 5 years of marriage. Is there anything that I can do to correct this and to have a baby?

Alot of people don't concieve straight away, yet they try a week after their period for a week or so, being the best time.

Have you actually had your husband check his sperm count? That could be another reason as you should check your fertility as well...

After 5 years, I'd be going to a Dr. Like CW, having your husbands sperm count checked and making sure your fertility is good to go too.

Try Wheatgrass juice I have a girlfriend who has had issues with that and she sits in wheatgrass and drinks it. It helped clear her tubes

There is a number of things that could prevent one from not being able to conceive. You want to make sure the male sperm count is fine as indicated and as for you knowing your ovulation period would help out alot too. I could honestly say that knowing my body has actually help me out. I am 36 years old and 36 weeks pregnant. My fiance and I planned for a baby and it took me only two months not saying that everyone is the same but do research on your ovulation date and stick with it for a minute and see what happens. They also have test by Response to help you out as well. Make sure the both of you are not stressing because that could cause problems with conceiving. Most important enjoy making love to one another and not concentrating so hard on trying to conceive. Good luck....
