So, during pregnancy when your thyroid is either hypo or hyper and you take a little pill everyday do you have to take that pill after pregnancy too or does it fix it's self?!?!?!

If you have a thyroid problem there will be no sudden "fix" of the gland. If the doctor says you need to take the medications even while you are pregnant or if you are not then you should follow what they say. Stopping meds out of the blue is never a good idea, especially if you have been taking them for a long period of time.
