No period in 4 months and sensations in lower abdomen

okay, I am Kristina. I am 16 and I am sexually active. I usually have a normal cycle every 35 days or so. There was one time when i was late by 25 days. But not 4 months. I took a pregnancy test last week, the dollar tree kind, my friend got it for me. But it came back negative. I have heard that the brand she got sucks. So I'm not sure if it read right. I have been having unprotected sex in these past 4 months which is very stupid at my age. But it happinks ened. OK well anyways I have also gained weight, I'd say around 20 lbs, and my boobs are getting bigger. Im als getting weird sensations in my lower abdomen, but no period. My boyfriend thinks I'm pregnant. But i'm in denial. I was just wondering what the chances coud be that I am pregnant, so I can go to the doctor and talk to my mom, or if it could be something other than pregnancy.

Hi Kristina, welcome to the Forum

Go to the Chemist and get a proper pregnancy test kit. The Dollar shops sell things that are "cheap",and often don't work.

Having un-protected sex for 4 months and no periods, coupled with gaining weight, breasts sore, suggests that you may very well be pregnant.

If you can't afford to get a proper pregnancy Kit, it's time to talk to your mum and go to the Doctor for a blood test.

You need a better test. I would recommend one that reads pregnant or not pregnant. The chances are that you might be pregnant. That much weight gain in just 4 months is bit concerning though. Please test again and see a Doctor.
