About 4 days go, I started vomitting everything that I have tried to eat or drink. Everyone is telling me that this is normal. I have a doctors appt. scheduled for the the 3rd of Dec. but I feel like something is not right. What can I do? I am hungry and thirsty.

Try saltine crackers, sprite, bland, mild stuff. Graze, don't eat full meals, lots of small ones will help too.

There are also ginger stuff. Ginger Snaps, ginger ale, etc. There is also something called Preggo Pops, they have ginger in them and are good. If you can find them, try them out.

I vomited every day for 9 months with both my pregnancies, I know the feeling.

Oh dont i remember those days!
what i used to do was put a cold wash cloth on the back of my neck and that helped me not vomit. Also drink lots of water or ginger ale. Eat very small meals or snacks at a time. crackers in the morning helped alot for the rest of the day.
    I hope i helped!

A friend of mine could mostly only eat oranges for the duration of both her pregnancies.

You just have to find that one little food that won't make you feel as ill as the others and stick to it.

Best of luck to you dearest!! <3

Hmmm Unless you have other symptoms (high fever, cough, difficukty breathing, sore throat, diarehea etc...signs of flu) then it's normal morning sickness. Staying hydrated is very important, so if you can't eat, at least drink fluids. I remember the days in early pregnancy where I could only eat some soda crackers and ginger ale...ugh. Try sipping on ginger tea (NOT ginger leaf, or raspberry leaf or anything herbal) Even ice chips work sometimes if you can't stomach anything.

But if you haven't drank anything and kept it down for more than 48 hours and especially if you start feeling faint or dizzy go to the emergency room! Hypoglycemia is very dangerous and could not only harm or kill your baby but do you alot of damage!

    Take care and stay strong!
