IMHO, I think both is a gamble. Both will be expensive, and there are risks with both. With IVF you have to consider the cost, implantations not taking and having to do it again,and the fact you may become pregnant with multiple babies, and having to face whether or no to keep all and the feelings that go along with that. With tube reconstruction you have to deal with possibly trying, having a tubal pregnancy, rupturing tubes, mabye having to reconstruct again, or not getting pregnant at all, and going for IFV anyway, and the cost of all that. You should do whatever you are most comfortable with.
