Just to keep this up, and not get lost in the loop....hahaha.

I want to get stories about your experiences. Were you advised to have some genetic counseling prior to having an IVF?

I did have a friend who went through this, years ago. She was successful in getting pregnant after, it did, however, take some time.

That's about all I know about it.

My mother had reconstruction to her tubes done 10 years after having her tubes cut. She became pregnant almost immediately and had my little sister with no complications : ) But then became pregnant again after and had a tubal pregnancy, rupturing one of her tubes. From what I gather, this is a common problem with tubal reconstructions.

So that negates my inclination to get the tubes reconstructed. IVF shows to be the better choice. What do you think?
