I am like 13 weeks and a half.. does it mean something bad? bcuz she couldnt really tell me more since i didnt go to prenatal care yet n she couldnt tell me if my baby was fine it looked fine but im not sure.... what do u ladies think?

I believe that just means that you would have had twins but one didn't go any further in developing and got reabsorbed into your body. The other fetus is fine and should be okay. If there is anything wrong your Gyno will let you know right away. The person that does the ultrasound isn't supposed to tell you too much, other than the sex of the baby, or show you it's body as it's growing (feet, hands, head, body etc)
