I read these post and some make me sad, some make me worry, and some (very few make me smile). I want to add to the laughter in this chaotic forum. I would like to provide a post where we can go for a quick mind rest. Where you can read something that can take you away from the thoughts of bad things, or just a quick Calgon thread of peace. I understand that there may be a forum where this is done for us but I wanted to post it here for two reasons...

    1) I am pregnant and well I cry at everything. The other day I was crying at the fact that the Jack N the Box guy was helping his son. While I understand that this is pregnancy I was wondering what was the weirdest thing or things anyone has cried at during pregnancy? I cried in my first pregnancy every time I saw a bear. This was because I saw a program where they released a baby bear into the wild, after healing, to his mother.

    2) I can't believe how much...I know this will be TMI but...My farts stink. I made the cat leave my lap it stunk so bad. Does anyone know why farts stink worse when you are pregnant?

I hope you smiled and thought for one second about something other than the hardship that is in your life right now. While I would love to give you a way of riding the hardships from your life forever, I am afraid I cannot. But when you feel down or life stresses you out beyond what you feel you can handle I hope you remember to look here again, or just remember that if your stuck in an elevator with a pregnant woman...her farts are going to smell bad.

You must be nearer your first trimester than your last. I was much more emotional in my first 4 months than later. Now my third trimester came with all the real physically chaotic stuff. Keep the great sense of humor, you're going to need it!! Lol!!!!

Oh, and I have no idea why farts stink worse when pregnant, but they really, really do!!

    1. I recall with my first pregnancy, I dried when I realized I couldn't fit my pants anymore...I was very sensitive.
    2. As far as the farts are concerned, I used to keep my farts enclosed in the bathroom so I don't remember. I was very afraid to fart in public but over the past year, things have changed...lol

This is one of my husbands FAVORITE stories. I'll never live it down.

My first pregnancy, I left work, went to the store because I was craving tacos. So, I was going to make tacos that night and went to get all the fixings.

I got home, started cooking while hubby was in the living room. I was almost done as hubby comes walking into the kitchen and my back was away from him, I was BAWLING like a baby, crying hysterically. He starts asking me what's wrong, is everything okay, is the baby okay, etc? My response, through tears and hiccups and everything else.... "I forgot the cheese!" I stood in the kitchen crying for probably 5-10 minutes before he came in because I forgot the darn cheese at the store and all we had in the house were singles.

We lived pretty rural, so it was about a 20-25 minute drive back to the store, which I wasn't going to do, but I was just devastated. Now it is hilarious, but at the time, it was the end of world.
