We've been trying for a baby now for a year with no luck.So far our test results have all been good i.e I am ovulating regularly. My husband as a good sperm count and they have good mobility.I just don't understnad why it's not happened for us.I'm getting more more depressed and I feel i'm not getting much support. Doctors say we cna have ivf after another year. Why do we need ivf if we are both fertile?I'd really appreciate some advice.Thank you

you should really try taking you mind off of it..go on a cruise or vacation! most people end up conceiving while they're away bc their mind is so relaxed. try going out and buying something, ie. like a dog or a cat..something that can take your mind off trying to conceive...

Honey, I am as fertile as an ox and my husband has an over-abundance of active sperm. It took us two years to conceive honey. I am not sure your beliefs but we just put it in Gods hands and let him take it from there. Our lives were very hectic, I am natrually prone to high levels of stress due to my job, and I am always on my feet. Not to mention we probably weren't making love at the right times. My fertility specialist suggested this. Your period is the first day of your cycle riight? Well, on the 12-15 day, start trying. I almost recomment 12-16 days. But I do suggest not trying so hard. You know when you are ovulating so go out of town. Take a trip or do something the two of you love. Its getting to be that time of year and everyone is getting pregnant this spring. So, keep your fingers crossed. My sister took 2 years to get pregnant and once she got pregnant the first time she popped 3 more out in a five year span. So, just keep those prayers high on your list of things to do. You need to relax and enjoy the process. After all, you want to remember when you made your baby!

I agree with the others. Relax about it. I also believe when God is ready he will send that special blessing to you. Continue to pray and have faith that God will grant it in His time.
