Hi there. I must say, I am totally ecstatic about coming across these boards of people dealing with the same things as me. I get more and more frustrated every day and this helps a bit to read all these stories. I know there is not a lot of actual remedies, but it just helps to have someone else to talk about. Even though my husband is amazing and I can talk to him about anything, its still nice to have a neutral party.

So, here we go. I am 29 and I was on birth control for almost 9 years straight. What a mistake that was. My body was a mess when I stopped taking it. It took me months to even have a period, let alone become regular. Finally this year, I began becoming more regular and my husband and I are totally ready to have a child. Everything the whole year has been normal until last month, my first devastation. I was 10 days late and all the symptoms of being pregnant, only to start my period on the 11th day late. I was so upset, I truly thought I was prego. Well, life goes on, there was nothing I could do about it. I do have endometriosis too by the way. We moved along to this month, I just want to have a period so I at least know I am ovulating and could possibly get pregnant. Well, here I am again in major sadness. This time I am already 6 days late, but took a test and it was negative. I have had all the symtoms, nausea, vomitting once in the night, dry heaves, extreme tiredness, no period, mild cramping. I really thought in my heart this time I was for sure prego, but no. Does anyone know of anything that might be wrong with me? I am lightheaded all the time, I constantly eat, I hate all these feelings!

If anyone has any suggestions or if I should just go to the doctor, I can do that too. This is just so frustrating, I am beginning to wonder if I want to be prego so bad that its all in my head. What do I do??????????? I apprecaite everyones listening.

Well its been 4 days, a lot has happened. To keep you updated I was able to get into the lab on Monday morning. Monday was so crazy, let me start you off at the beginning of my day just so you understand just how crazy it was.

I only got a couple of hours of sleep the night before, partly from worry and partly from just feeling sore. I went to bed around 5:00 am and when the alarm came on a 6:45 I felt horrible. My stomach was turning and I was so tired but like I said in my other thread my husband is out of town so I have to take care of every thing by myself. Which includes bringing my son to school. It took me a little bit to get up but once I got up and took a shower I started feeling a little better. I woke up all three kids and got them showered and dressed. While the kids were eating I made all the beds and put some clothes together for our day out. I then drove my son to school towing along with me my other little angles. That were being so quiet that day for some reason. We then went over to the doctors office which made us wait for over an hour. Which in the middle of waiting to see a doctor the lab opened up and since I still had awhile to wait told the receptionist that I would be right back. I brought the girls up to the 3rd floor and a very nice women took my blood. We took the elevator down stairs to the doctors office to wait. When we arrived downstairs I went straight to the wicket and was waiting for the receptionist to finish her phone conversation when I all of a sudden got this wave of weakness/ dizziness. I immediately sat down. I am not sure what would have happened if the chair hadn't been there. I sat there for a few minutes then it just disappeared. The reason I was going to the clinic was to talk to my doctor again about some of my concerns and what I should do while waiting for this possible infection to clear up, well just to get some more answers to a few questions and to update on some immunizations for a class I am taking at the college downtown. I got in shortly after that and once I talked to my doctor whom told me that I could have the shots even though the possibility of pregnancy or infection. She also told me that the reason why I keep getting a negative could also mean that the infection is masking the pregnancy, if I am indeed pregnant. I AM SO CONFUSED. She gave me the shots and walked out. I was standing their confused more then ever when the dizziness and weakens came back ten times worse and I dropped. The doctor was right in front of the door and immediate came to my aid. She helped me to a chair and put me on a blood pressure machine and the receptionist grabbed me some water. For some reason (probably from getting my blood taken) My blood pressure was very low. The water helped though. I sat there for about an hour. (My poor babies) they were bored out of their minds but it was sit and relax or go to the hospital. To make a long story a little shorter; The doctor gave me some pain medication and told me to come back in a couple of days to see if I was still have problems and for some exam. This will be tomorrow. I got my results back two days later from the lab (yes I said two days) it was suppose to be in a couple of hours but believe it or not the results were misplaced. If things couldn't get worse. They received them on Wednesday that is why I didn't post before tonight and gave me an immediate call. My pregnancy blood test came out negative but the test she gave me to check for infection was all positive. Now here is the confusing part. I have been on the medication since I got them on Friday and still no period. Last time I had this infection once I started on medication I immediately got a period about 3 days later I think. It should be here now. Do you think it is possible that the infection is masking the pregnancy. I am still having the the same symptoms except I have less pain. I now pretty much just have pressure. What if I am pregnant I wonder if this infection could kill or deform a baby. I am not going to know anything for a long time. I swear I am cursed.

It is very comforting to know that other people who are ttc are having problems too. my husband and I have been trying for a year, and nothing. This last cycle has been very late even though I have been very regular. I had so many of the symptoms of being pregnant. Breast tenderness, nauseousness, extreme fatigue, headache, a little white discharge. When I was 2 weeks late, I took a bunch of hpt's, all negative. Went to the dr for a blood test, negative. It was so weird, I felt so pregnant. Then one night I had a sharp pelvic pain. Went back to the dr. Got an ultrasound and they told me I have cysts on my ovaries, and one ruptured! I looked online at the symptoms, and it explained all of my "pregnancy symptoms" and then the sharp pain when one burst. I guess it can be somewhat of common in women who are not taking birth control, and it can delay ovulation which explains the missed period. They told me I could take bc to prevent them, but we're ttc. They'll go away after a couple of cycles I guess. I was so sad. But we'll try again.

I have three children 12, 7 and 5. With all my children, my doctor keep telling me, I was not prego until I was past 2^nd month. Know I been trying to have another child. I have miscarried 4 times and even when I go to doc. they say I not preg. When I finally get a positive is too late. I just got a new doctor he told me this; I hope it help some of you I am currently trying it.

Prometrium 100mg 2x a day.

HCG needs to be at a level to be detected so you can still be Prego even if you get a neg.Just like me. He said my prego end in miscarriages because HCG should start to produce a hormone that helps the lining of the uterus so when implantation takes place. This is what I understood. I am on hormones. I have been on this for 2 days and do not fell any difference.

I'm in the same process... My period was due on the 27th of September.. it's 3 weeks late, my last period was very light.... and I've recently gone up a bra size, and noticed that I've got a little larger in the stomach area.. my stomach has always gone up and down, but in the past month, I've started getting stretch marks on my stomach and more on my hips.. only recently I've started feeling nauseated at the slightest things, I could just be sitting there and suddenly I'll feel sick.. The other day I fainted, and then was really tired afterwards... I've just started a new job and I'm really tired all the time.. but even before I started this job (when I was unemployed) I could sleep until 2pm and still be tired.... I've done so many pregnancy tests but they have all come up negative.. I was worried I wasn't doing them right lol... but then my friend told me her sister didn't find out she was pregnant until 2 months into her pregnancy, even though she had done many tests before she finally found out.. and that my friend herself, she has 3 kids, and she knows from her own experience that she wont be positive until 2 weeks after conception... I'm so confused!!!! I dont have any children of my own, and I'm worried my mind is just playing tricks on me.. I'm not stressed about everything.. infact, everything has finally started going well for me... I do want to have kids, but I haven't been focused on it.. when it happens I'll be estatic... I dont know what to do... I'm trying not to work myself up about it... but it's hard not to get excited.. I haven't gone to the doctors yet, for fear that they'll tell me it's negative.. I've noticed that I'm not the only person going through this... so that has helped alot... I guess I just dont know what to do???? sorry for the ramble... it's just great to finally be able to talk to other people who are experiencing the same problem

im 21 - i usually get my period normal 34 days but sometimes if its late its normally 54 days anytime im stressed or somthing its always been that never longer ---but this time the last time igot my period was sept 15th so 54 would have been nov 8th ---i had some very light bleeding for about 4 days starting oct 28th till oct 31st but not a reg
period...yet -

---i have taken about 4 preg tests over these past weeks and all neg....i went to a clinic on friday and they took a urine test too and also neg they also did an exam and i was told i have bacterial vaginosis-but they said i still have to go take a blood test to find out y i havent gotten my period. .

..and i have been feeling pms symtoms though--and some not--bloating ,some cramps, very tired, moody-irritable, ..also i keep feeling like i get dehydrated very quickly and if i dont drink water i feel very dizzy and sick and ive been going to the bathroom a lot--but prob cause ive been drinking a lot too..

---ive gained a little weight too- but when i eat -even a little bit - i get full fast and start to feel sick as if i ate 2 much--like the other day i dont know if was cause of the medicine they gave me but i ate at kfc a chicken wrap- and as soon as i finished it i felt really full and sick and about an hour later i threw up .....i have to go back to the doctors like i said to take a blood test and make an appt for 4 weeks . i guess to check if my meds works for the bacterial vag.

its now been 78 days -today is dec 2nd and i just had a little bit of bleeding again when i went to the bathroom im getting really scared cause this has never happended to me and idk y i just was bleeding now -- ive never wanted my period to come so much please anyone have any ideas? i cant have a kid now i just cant help
