Don't go by the 28 day rule.
BiBi,
Your menstrual cycle is counted from the first day of your period to the date before your next period. You can't really go by the 28 day rule, as not every woman has a regular cycle of 28 days and some months you could start a few days later or earlier. You can chart each day on a calendar for a few months to get an average of how long your cycle lasts. But generally speaking, if you were on a 28 day cycle, you would probably ovulate around the 12th to 14th days and thats when you would have the greatest risk of pregnancy.
I hope this helps.
