    Hello everybody,

I was talking to my friends about the mood swings I've been having lately and they suggested I keep a mood diary.

I did some research and found a pretty new site called *Removed outbound link* that I have just started using and already I think its useful!

I can see patterns in my mood and I wish I could have done this when I went through my pregnancy! Im actually going through menopausal mood swings these days, but it's actually fun to use anyway, but I bet tracking your mood over the pregnancy 9 months would be fascinating!

It even does a calendar thing to show your moods as colours on a calendar!

Anyway, here it is, i hope its as fun for you :-)

Links and words that suggest one sight, can been deemed as advertising..

I read your other thread, also suggesting this, but for the purpose of your husband dying, sorry to hear that.

    Here it pertains to menopause...

May I suggest positive afirmations may be good for you, seeing as you appear to be going through a few things, at present..

Feel free to mention any ideas, but please leave out a specific brand/company...
