hey guys, i am new to this site.

I have been to the doctor and have had tests done but have been told that everything in normal. They have been all over the place, i have gone more then 6months with out one. My last period was in the last week of march so i have missed april and shoould be due any time soon but im not having any of the signs i normaly get.
I cant stop thinking about babies, i just really want to get pregnant. I have given up smoking and i rarely drink.

Any ideas would be most greatful

Have you taken ovulation tests or charted your BBT?

You may need to go back to the Dr and have some assistance.

When this happened to me, my Dr had me chart my BBT for about 3 months to see if there was any pattern. I also was without a period for months. He gave me Provera to start my period, to be followed by Chlomid. I was successful in getting pregnant after a few rounds of that.

When was the last time you went to the Dr. You may want to go back in and explain that you have been trying unsuccessfully and ask what his/her next steps of recommendation are.

No i havent tryed an ovulation yet, but i am going to.
Charted your BBT? sorry i dont no what that means.

I last went to the docs early in the year but he wasnt much help, he just done a few blood tests and said all was fine. I havent heard of Provera but a some did tell that there are pills to help you start your period but they dont actually get you to ovulate?

Basal-Body-Temperature. Charting it over a few cycles can give you a good idea of when you are likely to be ovulating. Do an internet search on "Basal-Body-Temperature" - lots of information out there.

The Provera starts your period, but not your ovulation. The Chlomid would aid in ovulation.

BBT - Basal Body Temp - There are special thermometers for this. In the US, they have BBT kits, with a thermometer and chart and directions, etc.

So you take provera first then start taking chlomid. How long does it take to work.

Al so another thing is im getting the 1st signs on my period coming, last night i was getting quite bad abdominal cramps (havent had them this bad before) and my nipples are really sore, (once again never been this sore before, wearing a bar hurts.) normaly when i start to get these signs means i should be due on in the nest week or so.
If i do ger my period, they was have never been this close to each other before as my last one was at the end of march.
