Ok, here is the story. June 2004 I stopped having a period, in November I was diagnosed with fibroid cysts. In April 2005 I had a uterine ablation (i think) to have the cysts removed I was told that the cysts were not as large as they thought and they did not have to go as deep. The doctor told me that I would be able to get pregnant in about 5 years. However after having the surgery my period never returned. January 2009 my period came back and was consistent every month for about 8 months, the flow slowly diminished and never came back until January 2010. Again my flow very light, so light no need for pads or tampons. The only way I knew I was on my period was because when I went to the bathroom there would be blood on the tissue. I want desperately to conceive a child with my new husband. I have 4 children from a previous marriage and we would like one together. Please help me. I tried clomid for 6 months but the side effects were to much for me to handle. Can anybody tell how to conceive after a ablation and a abnormal period?
