I felt no implantation pain either time, but I don't feel ovulation either so I might not have been looking for it (and I don't even know if #1 implanted correctly.)
See how far in the future your PP will make appointments, maybe make one 5 days after you're due. By then you should have an accurate test under your belt. If it's positive and you want to check up on that extra pain, ultrasound may be the key and in that case, you'll have to wait another 2 weeks or so before they can "see anything" (I was told at 6 weeks they can see stuff, maybe with different equipment they can see better.)
I think it's possible you can ovulate anytime - some women ovulate DURING their period; your uterine and ovarian cycles can be very independent. Prettymuch the only way to know is to let time pass and keep testing
Never dig a test out of the trash or read it after time - that's how evap lines and "false positives" happen.
You're welcome, it's better to have the info you need if you may be pregnant! It's a very stressful time, every little thing becomes a huge source of confusion and/or mystery. A uterine twinge becomes a million questions and it feels really frustrating when the doc tells you it's nothing (happens a lot :P .) Happy testing!
