Me and my husband have been trying to have a child together for 6 months now and i'm not sure if i am able to have a child. I love children with all my heart and i want to have a son or daughter to call it mine, he has a baby girl which is 4 and i love her as much as i love him but it doesn't feel the same when its not your own and i want to experince motherhood with my husband. I want to know If depo shots can prevent you from getting pregnant??

6 months is nothing. Many couples try for a long time, years even, before they end up conceiving. A lot of things in your body need to happen just right in order for you to successfully conceive - it ain't easy.
Are you charting your cycles? Have you identified the days you ovulate? You need to have plenty of sex right around those days, otherwise it won't do much good.
its hard for me to tell what my body is doing because i have been on my period for more than a month and it won't slow down, and i've been bleeding heavily.
stop trying and you will proberley get pregnant !! seriousley,you both are proberley so stressed to get pregnant that it inhibiting it from happening, take a more relaxed attitude of'if it happens it happens, and walah, you be pregnant withind a month or two i bet. But to be safe you both should go to the doctor to check either one of you havent had a s.t.d all the years you been together and didnt realise,as some s.t.d.s cause infertility . its a long shot as to the cause, but nothing ventured ,nothing gained right??
