I had incredible heartburn with both my pregnancies. I swear, something as simple as water would give me heartburn.
She can take Tums (not sure where you are located in the world) or if she is a milk drinker, a glass of milk sometimes helps.
Pregnancy Heartburn
Hi. My girlfriend is pregnant and she has been having some mild heartburn lately. It seems to be especially bad at night when she lies down.
Does anyone have any ideas or tips that could maybe provide some relief? I'll be searching the net today to see if I can find any effective solutions for her.

Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
milk also helps me....im 28 n 1/2 weeks......also gaviscon liquid....her doctor can prescribe alternatives if basic things dont work.....
