pregnacy pooping
I hope this is the right place. My wife hasn't poop in 3 days. Why? Is it because its not enough water. She eats a lot of junk food.

sometimes when your pregnant you have a hard time pooping i would go a week or so without pooping
In late term pregnancy, the baby has grown large enough to put physical pressure on other internal organs, including the large intestine and bowel. I remember my mother complaining of this when she was pregnant with my little brother and I was 11 or 12. You may have to get medicine to soften her stool and/or have her control her diet by eating foods that make her stool softer and by not eating foods that make her stool harder. Consult with her doctor or a pharmacist. Many of the medications are non prescription.
