I drank raspberry tea when I was a few weeks away from my due date because it apparently helps strengthen your uterine muscles and make for a nicer delivery! Its always best to ask your doctor first when it comes to herbal teas or remedies though because they can be harmful. I personally still had a rough labor and delivery! Maybe I should have been drinking it my whole pregnancy!

My midwife recommended it and I found very pleasant. Don't know if it helped but ot certainly didn't hurt and is a time honored pregnancy tea.

I have heard about this quite a bit in my classes, so that makes me think it has some merit lol. When I become pregnant years from now I think I will try out this raspberry tea....no tablets though just tea.

my midwife suggested i take it as i had 2 previous long painful and exhausting labours...she said from 32 weeks is best as it takes about a month to get into the system properly to have maximum effect........im hoping it works and he just "pops" out but only time will tell lol
