    Default Cinnamon Supplements

Today i was reading in another forum abt "Cinammon supplement", anybody know anything abt that??? i heard that Cinnamon aids in the metabolization of sugar. Since insulin resistance is a common side effect of PCOS(sugars get stored as fat instead of being stored for energy) cinnamon helps some of us by aiding in the sugars being metabolized the way they should be instead of being stored as fat...resulting (in some of us)in unwanted belly fat.

Anybody have any information abt it???? Do share.

    Default Real Cinnamon

What we get in the US is actually Cassia and not real Cinnamon. Too much Cassia could be toxic.

Please click the below link to find out how to identify REAL CINNAMON

Smile Real Cinnamon Tastes So Sweet

Thanks Pat for the link. I ordered the Real Cinnamon from online and it arrive within 3 days. The Cinnamon is much sweeter than the Cassia that we get in the US.

Now I can further reduce on the sugar in all my recipes.
