Has anyone else had some cravings that once the moment of "OMG this is JUST what I wanted!" is over and you actually think about what you just ate, you feel sick?

I have actually gagged after eating some things and would like to know if anyone else has gone through this as well. I also have severe food allergies and have had a few minor cravings for those, does anyone know a way to help go around those or to change the focus of cravings?

I took a HPT last week and came out positive! I am keeping my fingers crossed on this one and praying nothing bad happens. Please keep me in your thoughts, I do not want to go through another loss.

What types of cravings are you having (just curious!). You could always just stop thinking about what you just ate, lol...or maybe think about it quite a bit before you eat it so that way you might gross yourself out and you wont crave it anymore.

Well I had enchiladas with peanut butter and spicy red chili sauce. Then jalapenos stuffed with peanut butter, cream cheese and wrapped in bacon. They seem to be focused on peanut butter and salty and spicy stuff.

I dont think there is anything wrong with that. It's just probably the sweet salty type cravings. Indulge!

    Lol, I plan on it!

The main problem I'm having is that I am highly allergic to cinnamon, like rush me to the hospital allergic, and I have been fighting the craving for cinnamon sugar toast with red chili sauce and caramelized onions for several days.

No I can't, anything even remotely related to cinnamon causes the same reaction, from candles, air sprays, body sprays, gum, and artificial cinnamon flavoring. Thus my current vexation.
